MIND, SPIRIT, EMOTIONAL BODY

~All the cells of my body are daily bathed 

in the perfection of the divine.~
~Give 
~Give thanks.
~Pray, meditate, laugh.
~Exercise regularly: cardio five times a week! Be active. RUN!
~Drink lots of water, it is mother nature's most versatile medicine.
~Eat raw.
~Get 7-9 hours of sleep daily.
~Listen to classical music and brainwave music.
~Read, learn.
~Dance and sing.
~Grow a garden. 
~Compost.
~Help others.  
~Help the Earth.
~Buy locally grown, organic goods, preferably in season, as often as you can.
~Enjoy one hour of full exposure to intense natural sunlight on a near-daily basis with no sunscreen (important for vibrational nutrition and essential for mental health, bone density, vitamin D production, etc.)
~Do something that lights you up.
FOR BODY
~Drink plenty of clean water, free of chemicals, chlorine and flouride. AGAIN, MOTHER NATURES MOST VERSATILE MEDICINE. 
~Drink apple cider vinegar, with the Mother.
~Eat fermented food, sauerkraut, kefir.
~Eat healthy fats: coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, nuts...
~Good supplements: Omega-3, Chlorella/Spirulina, Astaxanthin, Triphala, Vitamin D.
~Eat healing foods: garlic, ginger, oregano oil, onions....
~Eat whole grains from fresh milled wheat and beans.
~Eat homegrown foods.
~Have a smoothie and raw green salad everyday.
~Consume local honey.
~Eat something raw at every meal.
~Use real salt (pinkish and speckled in color. It should clump - it's supposed to).




AVOID
~Sodium nitrite (causes cancer)
~MSG / monosodium glutamate / yeast extract (causes obesity and nerve damage
~Hydrogenated oils (causes heart disease)
~High-fructose corn syrup / sugar / sucrose (causes brain damage, mercury poisoning, diabetes and obesity) HFCS is now listed as "corn sugar" or even "sugar" in most cheap products. Look for products without sugar or with honey, cane sugar, turbinado/raw sugar used.
~Artificial colors (causes behavioral disorders)
~Aspartame (PROMOTE OBESITY, causes brain damage, optic nerve damage)
~Avoid pork
~"Nonfoods"Soft drinks, junk foods, snack foods or fast foods
~Soybean oil is heavily refined and ought to be avoided. This junk won’t do you any health favors at all. Aside from anti-nutritive compounds in soybean oil, most soybean oil contains some level of dangerous trans fat (even the “trans-free” varieties are still heavily refined and contain chemically-modified fat molecules). You’ll notice this worthless oil in most processed foods!


THE DIRTY DOZEN
These are some of the most popular and widespread food products and are the least healthy items you can put into your mouth.  Avoid them.
1. Pork products
2. Shellfish and fish without fins and scales (catfish, shark)
3. Hydrogenated oils (margarine, shortening, etc.)
4. Artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharin, sucralose)
5. White flour
6. White sugar
7. Soft drinks
8. Pasteurized, homogenized skim milk
9. High-fructose corn syrup
10. Hydrolyzed soy protein (imitation meat products)
11. Artificial flavors and colors
12. Excessive alcohol
FOOD CLUES - Love, God
~A sliced carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating
lines look just like the human eye...and YES carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
~A tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four
chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and
blood food.
~A walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums
and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the
neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters
for brain function.
~Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look
exactly like the human kidneys.
~Celery, bok choy, rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically
target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium.
If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones,
making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
~Eggplant, avocadoes and pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix
of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a
woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight
and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months
to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic
chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only
studied and named about 141 of them).
~Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male
sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.
~ The oblong sweet potato bears a strong resemblance to the pancreas, and also promotes healthy function in the organ. Sweet potatoes are high in beta-carotene, which is a potent antioxidant that protects all tissues of the body, including the pancreas, from damage associated with cancer or aging.
~Olives and avocados assist the health and function of the ovaries.
~Grapefruits, oranges, and other citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female
and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
~Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from
all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eye
~Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape
looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are
also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
~Red wine, which is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, including powerful resveratrol, looks like blood. When you drink it, you're really loading up on the healthy stuff that protects against destructive things in the blood, like LDL cholesterol, which can cause heart disease. There's also a blood-thinning compound in red wine, so it reduces blood clots, which are associated with stroke and heart disease.
~Ginger, Anyone who's ever reached for a glass of ginger ale when they’ve had a stomachache knows about the anti-nausea effects of ginger. So it's fitting that the herb somewhat resembles the digestive organ. Gingerol, which is the ingredient responsible for ginger's pungent scent and taste, is listed in the USDA database of phytochemicals as having the ability to prevent nausea and vomiting.

There’s no hurry about any of this.
My body knows what to do.
Well-Being is natural to me.
My Inner Being is intricately aware of my physical body.
My cells are asking for what they need in order to thrive, and Source Energy is answering those requests .
I’m in very good hands .
I will relax now, to allow communication between my body and my Source.
My only work is to relax and breathe.

I am a Lover. I am a physical extension of Pure Positive Energy or Love.
As I am able to allow that Pure Love Energy to flow, no matter what, in spite of the conditions that surround me, then I have achieved unconditional love!
